It sorts out and positions preformed lens trays, doses saline solution before and after lens loading, seals, laser prints, perforates the finished strips. Dedicated lens loading systems and finished strip stacking systems for easier autoclave sterilization available on request.
The Blister Sealers are automatic machines operated by PLC with a balcony constructed frame for packing contact lens in preformed trays. The models are BS60, BS72, BS120. The machine is always customized according to the different shapes of the blister and the specifications of the customer and can be equipped with automatic loaders of contact lenses or workstations to accommodate operators suitable for loading the lens. A big advantage of our machine is that the cover film is cut in line from the reel and this leads to a saving in the cost of the final package as you buy the reel of printed material, instead of buying the individual lids.
